What we cannot help with

We are a reference site, not a support desk for any specific product. We cannot troubleshoot your FortiGate, configure your IPsec tunnel or recover your account with a provider — for that, contact your vendor's support. What we can do is explain how the pieces work so the vendor's documentation makes more sense.
